What do you do? Increase class sizes? [...] Portables? Both? [...] Damascus High! Big problems! Out of space! So many kids, they can only walk one way in the hallway! No more room for portables! Packed to the brim! What do you do? Student 1: Send them to Blair! Hinkle: Nope. Student 2: 'Cause we're overcrowded too. Hinkle: Nah, because we have minorities. Come on, it's Damascus! They already have big enough problems with running out of farmland and all that. Can't also be worrying about minorities.
